As a freelance tour guide in the Arcachon Bay, since 2020 I've been working regularly with Le Vélotier, which provides bikes to many of my clients for private electric bike tours. They deliver the bikes directly to the clients' accommodations or to the tour's designated departure point. Always impeccable service, a very friendly and professional team. Always reachable, I can count on them if we have a small problem during the tour (like a flat tire or something else). They quickly come to our location to repair it on site or replace the bike so we can continue the guided tour!
The bikes are always of good quality and well maintained.
