Easy from start to finish. Problem with one of batteries midweek and they came to replace it quickly and without fuss. Highly recommend.

Fantastic day in La Teste-de-Buch with 5 bikes rented from Velotier. Delivered and picked up right in front of the hotel, the owner was very friendly, ordering was quick and easy on the website, and payment was made upon delivery. The bikes were good quality and comfortable. The price was fair, see attached details. Thanks again.

This is an address you absolutely must keep.
The concept is brilliant: delivery and collection of the bikes at your local address, impeccable service, and no hassle.
The gentleman who runs it is attentive, pragmatic, and efficient.
And being able to cycle on well-maintained and reliable bikes along the many bike paths of Cap Ferret is a real bonus.
